Today the Macclesfield Junior FC U11 Tigers played in their final in the Stockport Metro League.
The boys played brilliantly from start to finish, never stopping battling and working together as a team. They showed exactly what they’ve been working on all season: teamwork, determination, and creating chances together. There were so many opportunities today, and unfortunately luck just wasn’t on our side this time.
Although we didn’t come home with the win, we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of the boys and the effort they put in.
MOTM went to Carter for his incredible saves and determination throughout the game.
MOTM also went to Indy for his solid defending and the way he worked with the team from start to finish.
Our final training award on Tuesday went to Blake — well deserved!
Now onto the next chapter! From September, the boys move over to Mid Cheshire, and we know they’re going to smash it.
